Filming one person at home
An interview based film with one person, filmed at their home in one day. We may shoot scenes of the subject at home with their partner or grandchildren for example. What the subject says is illustrated with photographs from their own collection and the film is enhanced with music and graphics. The duration of the film is usually around one hour.

filming a couple in their home, over two days
Usually we start by filming each individual, discussing their life up to the point when they met their partner. We then film them together. Amongst other things, often they relate how they met, what they saw in one another, family life and their reflections. In total, these films tend to be about two hours long. Photos, music, graphics and archive are included as above.

An interview based film with one person filmed in multiple locations across two or more days
We often film people not only in their home but also at other significant places such as where they work, their home town, college or a holiday house. We record both further interviews and more purely visual scenes in these other locations, resulting in a film (sometimes cut into two or more films) with a total running time of two to three hours.

Filming in Tapestry’s home studio
An interview-based film with one person shot in Tapestry’s London home studio, in one afternoon. The interview is shot in comfortable surroundings against a stylised background. Another option is to film on a chroma green screen and replace the background with photographs and graphics.
