Growing Up films - Terms + Conditions

Payment

Films must be paid for in advance. Payments can be made using debit cards, credit cards or PayPal.

Credit Card Information

We do not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.

Notification

We will endeavour to notify / remind you one week in advance of the week that we will be filming at your school.

You must inform us immediately of any potential problems with the interview time e.g. your child has a dental appointment, music lesson, etc.

Cancellation

If you cancel any time up to 2 days before the date of filming, i.e. 48 hours prior to 8am on that day we will refund the money you have paid less an administration fee of £10+VAT.

Cancellation within 2 days of the date of filming will incur a charge of £40+VAT.

If your child is unavailable for filming at the interview time for a reason not attributable to the School or Tapestry Pictures, for example due to absence or illness or unwillingness to participate, we will try to reschedule the interview. You will be charged an additional £40+VAT for interviews rescheduled in these circumstances.

If your child is available to be filmed at the interview time but we are unable to film him or her, we will try to reschedule the interview free of further charge. If it is not possible to reschedule we will refund all the money you have paid.
